Mezzopiano School of Music – Rules & Regulations

1. Working Days & Holidays
Mezzopiano School of Music operates 7 days a week. The school remains closed on national and public holidays such as Republic Day, Independence Day, Gandhi Jayanti, Diwali, etc., and during summer and winter vacations. The holiday schedule is displayed on the school notice board from time to time.

2. Class Structure
We offer both Individual and Group Lessons for Piano, Guitar, Violin, and Vocals. Classes are conducted by experienced and qualified teachers using high-quality instruments.

3. Number of Classes
Each quarter consists of 12 classes. Students are required to complete all their lessons within the same quarter.
Lessons will not be carried forward to the next quarter under any circumstances.

4. Fees & Payment Mode
Full quarterly fees must be paid in advance.
Payments can be made via Cash, UPI, Cheque (in favour of Mezzopiano School of Music), Debit Card or Credit Card (bank charges applicable on card payments).
Quarterly fees apply even during periods when the school remains closed for holidays or vacations.

5. Class Timings
Class days and timings are fixed mutually between the student and the teacher.
Once finalized, timings cannot be changed during the quarter.

6. Missed Classes
If a class is missed due to teacher’s unavailability, it will be rescheduled.
Missed classes can be conducted with either the allotted teacher or a substitute teacher.

7. Student Absence
Classes missed due to student absence, including school exams, travel, late arrival, camps, or personal reasons, will be marked absent.
In cases of serious illness or hospitalisation, the Director may allow rescheduling upon submission of a valid medical certificate, subject to availability.

8. Make-Up Classes
All make-up classes must be completed within the same quarter.
No unused classes will be carried forward to the next term.

9. Refund Policy
Once quarterly fees are paid, they are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
