The School works 7 days a week. It remains closed on national/public holidays such as Republic Day, Independence Day, Gandhi Jayanti, Diwali etc. The School is also closed for summer and winter vacations. The schedule of holidays is displayed on the School’s notice board from time to time

Full quarterly fees are to be paid by Cheque in favour of Mezzopiano School of Music and also by Debit/Credit Card (Charges extra). The quarterly fees apply also for the periods during which the School remains closed

Students attending classes are taught individually by the teachers.

All classes are arranged at a time and day mutually convenient to the teacher and the student. The timings once fixed will not be changed during the course of the quarter.

Classes missed by students due to the teacher’s non-availability would be made good, except in cases of classes missed by the student will be marked absent 

Classes missed due to school examinations, outstation camps, trips, late attendance or for any other reason. In case of serious illness or hospitalisation, however, the Director may consider making up classes as a special case on the evidence of a medical certificate.

Fees for the quarter, once paid by the students, will not be considered for refund.
